Central Board of Secondary Education  (CBSE) will be announced  results of The JEE Main Exam 2013 on 7th May 2013 on the official website www.jeemain.nic.in The result shall be comprise of his/her actual marks obtained in this entrance examination and his/her status of every candidate whether he/she eligible for Jee Advanced 2013 exam or not.

Separately, on the basis of score in JEE (Main) and normally score in class 12th or other qualifying exam (60% & 405 weight-age respectively). Rank list will also be prepared separately for admission to B.E/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.planning.

Rank cards of this exam indicating All India rank, State rank and category ranks of candidate along with total and detailed marks in each paper will be also available on official website from 08/07/2013 onward.

The result cards will be dispatched to the candidates via ordinary Posting service from 12/07/2013 onward. Organizing bodies will not be responsible for any consequences that may be arise due to loss of rank cards of JEE Main 2013 result in transit. However those candidates who don't receive their rank cards  within stipulated time period  may apply for duplicate rank card along with the payment of RS.50 (plus additional Postal chargers of Rs. 30 for outstation candidates) and via DD drawn in name of secretary  CBSE which must be payable at New Delhi/Delhi between 01/08/2013 to 31/08/2013 (No request for issue of duplicate rank card will be entertained thereafter).

Rank list for admission to B.E/B.Tech:

   1. Marks obtained in Mathematics  in JEE main

   2. Marks obtained in Physics in the JEE Main 

   3. Total normalized qualifying exam marks

   4. Ratio of positive and negative marks

    5. if the resolution is not possible after this criterion, candidates will be given the same rank.

Rank list for admission to B.Arch/B.Planning:

    1. Marks obtained in Aptitude test in paper 2 in JEE Main 

    2. Marks obtained in drawing test in paper 2 in JEE Main 

    3. Total normalized qualifying exam marks

    4. Ratio of positive marks and negative marks.

    5. if the resolution is not possible after this criterion, candidate will be given the same rank.

The counselling to NITS admissions will also be held on the based on the ranking in the JEE Main exam.

After the result declaration, all candidates answer sheets along with the captured responses will be hosted on official website so that they can verify them.

The JEE Advanced exam results 2013 will be released on 23 June 2013 in the IIT Delhi webiste .
